As a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHSCA) we are regulated by the New York State Department of Health (DOH) and its operating and clinical standards. This includes having registered nurses on staff, certified and background checked caregivers, and the proper handling of client data and concerns. To ensure we live up to the highest standards, the DOH conducts periodic on site inspections including state licensure surveys, federal certification surveys, and re-certification surveys.
