The Leader in Excellence Award is the highest recognition awarded by Home Care Pulse and is given to select home care businesses that consistently rank among the very highest in 10 or more quality metrics. As a Leader in Excellence, WFC is once again ranked among the top 15% of home care providers participating in the nationwide Home Care Pulse Satisfaction Management Program.
Home Care Pulse Satisfaction Research
The Best of Home Care® awards are the most prestigious in the home care industry because they are based on feedback from the two most important constituencies of the business – our clients and our caregivers. Home Care Pulse collects third-party, unbiased satisfaction ratings on a monthly basis from lists supplied by 1,860 nationwide home care providers. To qualify for this award, 10% of WFC clients and caregivers are interviewed each month by Home Care Pulse.
Moreover, Home Care Pulse provides satisfaction data which serve as benchmarks for WFC performance tracking since we opened our doors in 4Q 2015. Using feedback from clients and employees, as well as quality benchmarks from Home Care Pulse empowers our management team to set goals at the highest level of excellence possible.

“Leader in Excellence” is:
- the highest award a home care agency can earn from Home Care Pulse.
- a Home Care Pulse Certified – Trusted Provider for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
- An agency that has completed a minimum of 2 client and 2 caregiver satisfaction interviews per month.
- awarded based on both client and caregiver satisfaction ratings in Home Care Pulse telephone interviews:
